• Pre-register by June 21, 2010
• Entry Fee $5.00 for one entry
• $5.00 for each additional event
• Registration on Day of Show is $10.00
• $5.00 for each additional event
• Registration begins at 9:00 AM on the day of the Dog Show
• Return Pre-registration form and money to:
